Hours: 7.30am to 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays

Salary: £9.34 per hour

Probationary Period: 3 months from start date.

Place of Work: You will be based at the company warehouse facilities based at 3 Molesey Business Centre, Central Avenue, West Molesey, Surrey, KT8 2QZ.

Your duties will be:

Collecting samples and mail from the W Molesey warehouse and offices and delivering and collecting similar to and from the groups other sites at Battersea, W1 and Clerkenwell.
Making small deliveries to customers within London and North Surrey.
Providing transport and physical help to the Samples and Merchandising teams when they are working at any of the London sites.
Picking and packaging samples for transit.
Replenishing samples to ensure minimum levels always available.
Cutting of large samples to standard small size for sample distribution to clients.
Assembly of sample cards for distribution to clients.
Repackaging, counting and restacking the product where required.
Assisting the samples department with receiving of goods and completion of relevant documentation as required.
Assisting the samples department with general rotation of samples, organisation of samples accessibility, and recording of breakages.
Loading and unloading of vehicles if necessary.
General housekeeping duties as required.
Compliance with Health and Safety best practice at all times.
The delivery of first class customer service at all times.

Holiday: 25 days per annum plus Public/Bank Holidays

Sick Leave: We have a contractual sick/injury pay scheme (inclusive of SSP) which, on completion of 1 year’s service, provides payment during periods of certificated sickness as follows:-

Period of continuous service Max payment in any 12 month rolling year.
Under 3 years 5 days
3 years and over 8 days

Notice Period: During the first month, no notice period will be required by either employee or employer; after this time one calendar month’s notice in writing will be required by both parties.

Pension:
After satisfactorily completing the probationary period you will be eligible to join either the existing Company pension scheme or, be automatically enrolled into the Workplace auto enrolment pension scheme instead. Both schemes use the salary sacrifice method, which means you will therefore agree to sacrifice a percentage of your pay in order to contribute towards your pension. The current Company pension minimum contribution from employees is 5% of basic salary, and the company contribution is 4% plus you receive an additional Employers contribution of 50% of the employers National Insurance rebate into your pension fund.

The Company pension is also accompanied by a non-contributory death benefit assurance, which would pay out a benefit equal to four times your basic annual salary.
