Summary of a Team Administrator
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their very successful organisation. You will support in all administration duties for the HR Manager and the wider team. This is a new position that will involve taking on various tasks across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who will learn and progress within the role to build a long term career. i

Key Responsibilities of a Team Administrator
• Creating Reports for the build side including sales teams and technical directors
• Assisting with the event set up, ensuring lunches, teas and coffees are ordered.
• Processing PPE orders, ensuring everyone who is going on site is compliant
• Raising purchase orders
• Ordering stationary and other office supplies
• Other adhoc administration duties for the team

Key Competencies of a Team Administrator
• Previous administration experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proactive and motivated, keen to get things done
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Computer literate – proficient in Microsoft packages
• Resilience
• Confidence to question the status quo
