Location – Chertsey
Salary – £126.88 – £146.88 Per day
Duration – On going contract

Summary of a Team Administrator and PA
In this role you will be responsible for driving cultural relevance with Gen Z, and protecting and enhancing our client’s corporate reputation in the UK, through high profile earned media opportunities, meaningful brand & CSR campaigns, and best-in-class digital content, partnerships and experiences.

Responsibilities of a Team Administrator and PA
• You will be responsible for providing support to the CM Director and four direct reports. In addition, you will support broader team activities alongside general administrative support for the CM team
• Travel arrangements to include flights, accommodation, car bookings, itineraries etc
• Daily extensive diary management
• Arranging meetings both internally and externally to include arrangement of meeting rooms, catering etc. Collaborating closely with the clients HQ partners, with special attention in place for Presidents’ requests
• Working directly with senior partners in customers to set up and support agency facing activity
• Expenses and reconciliation of all expenses
• Approvals daily, Knox and SAP plus CPMS ad hoc for assets
• Attending team meetings and sharing presentation slides post meeting / filing on shared drive
• Coordination of all logistics for any team external events – room bookings, event/partner liaison, refreshments, stationary (e.g. notepads), maps, additional site bookings (e.g. restaurant)
• Receiving all calls that come via reception
• Communicate often to relay any issues, communications or anything that is relevant
• Raising approvals – awards, hotels, gifts etc
• Preparing for new starters – including management of the org chart and team approach document
• Creation of marketing finance requests, specifically the Plan Proposals (PP) supervising through Statement of Work (SOW) approval and then to Purchase Order (PO) issue
• Ensure that each marketing finance request is based on agreed plans and marketing budget
• Support the CM Marketing teams by performing key administration tasks relating to the marketing budget and ensuring that finance and legal processes are accurately followed and reported on
