Project Manager
Location – Chertsey
Salary – £305.88 – £400.00 Per day
Duration – On going contract

Summary of a Project Manager
In this role you will be helping to shape the future of our client direct-to-consumer proposition, by identifying, incubating and delivering new initiatives to unlock additional revenue opportunities across 17 European markets.

Responsibilities of a Project Manager
• Manage cross-functional task forces of business stakeholders, technology developers and agency partners to deliver revenue growth and innovation pilots/projects
• Support the Head of Digital Experience and the Digital Business Analyst to investigate and scope new innovation pilots which answer digital growth pain points
• Establish best practice governance, ensuring the pilot/project framework is defined, roles and responsibilities are clear and stakeholders are identified
• Report progress on a regular basis and in a timely fashion against the overall strategy and agreed KPI’s, ensuring the project is being managed within budget and to the highest standards
• Aid in the development and delivery of new processes, practices and structures to ensure best practice is adopted for internal stakeholders and partners
• To assist and deliver the management, communication of and training to the subs through the digital transformation changes
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders for solution capability in any technical matter, specifically eStore functional development and 3rd party vendors who provide value add services / SaaS plug-ins
• A strong knowledge of delivery of data management, e-commerce and interactive customer experience systems
• Liaise with wider Technology team to ensure solutions are defined, coded, and tested according to current Quality Management process

Key competencies of a Project Manager
• Ability to report and communicate to all levels of the organisation and across functions (i.e. Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.)
• Ability to provide leadership across a matrix organisation and external partner team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities – projects, deliverables, and stakeholders
• Able to manage and influence stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal / written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
• Past experience of project management, product management, agile working in a technology-leading company are strong pre-requisites
• Flexibility to deal with evolving team over many nationalities, languages and time zones
• Understanding of and/or experience with Korean culture desirable
• Experience of working on global initiatives, engaging with team members and stakeholders in multiple locations
• Deep understanding of e-commerce solutions, integrating 3rd party APIs and delivering SaaS-solutions
• Enthusiastic and energetic when delivering multiple projects at the same time
