Salary – £123 per day

Duration – 5 months

Summary of a Reporting and Data Admin Support role

The purpose of this role is to accurately input customer deals, cost items and sales deductions into the company system and support CFMs request to pull out data for Business’s usage.

Responsibilities of a Reporting and Data Admin Support role

·Help Business Support Manager to test new NERP system

·Support CFMs with balance sheet review by pulling out the data per request of external auditor and NERP transition

·Support CFMs in preparing new expat’s requested materials

·Input customer deals into the company system

·Liaising with customers and Sales teams to ensure deals are properly accrued and communicated in timely manner with internal processes are followed

·Summarise above data entry to excel and circulate to stakeholders

·When requested pull out above data per request of Business

·Reporting of status of Sales Deduction budgets to stakeholders

Key competencies of a Reporting and Data Admin Support role

Essential Hard Skills Required:

·Advanced skills in MS Excel- highly experienced with data sort, filter, pivots, charts, vlookup (there will be a test)

Essential Soft Skills Required:

·Highest attention to details

·Great communication skills

·Well planned & organised

·Willing to work overtime when required to meet the urgent deadlines
