Project Cost Technician
Duration: 1 year FTC
Purpose of the job of a Project Cost Technician
Working under the direct supervision of the Project Cost Lead. the Project Cost Technician helps to co-ordinate and produce the information required to assist with the successful execution of the project.
Key Responsibilities of a of Product Cost Technician
·Assist with the monthly project cost reports.
·Assist with the opening and closing of projects in SAP.
·Produce and maintain project Scope changes.
·Assist with inter-company Purchase Orders.
·Work closely with the wider project teams to support the business.
·Other Ad hoc tasks as required.
Key Competencies of a Product Cost Technician
·Ideally educated to HND / HNC or equivalent
·2 years’ relevant experience in a related role.
·Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
·SAP experience would also be desirable but not essential.
·Self-motivated, diligent and accurate
·Able to work under pressure to meet project demands
·Able to respond with urgency to solve problems as they emerge.
·Effective communication and coordination
·Reasonable flexibility to work additional hours to meet project deadlines during periods of peak workload will also be required.
