Junior Business Support Manager
Location – Chertsey- Surrey
Salary – £135.00-£162.00 Per day
Duration – Ongoing Contract

Summary of a Junior Business Support Manager
Support administrative tasks for the team to function its strategic tasks for new helping to drive efficiency across the wider team in order to develop & deliver key strategies.

Responsibilities of a Junior Business Support Manager
• Arranging travel including flight schedule, visas and accommodation
• Follow-up management; Creating travel debriefs and collating expenses
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports for meetings between staff of all levels of seniority
• Main contact for sharing information as required
• Organising and maintaining diary, and making appointments
• Update and analyse spreadsheets and databases with statistical data
• Collate required data and align with subsidiaries on local plans
• Support to issue Monthly Mobile Report
• Support to create mobile operation strategy slides
• Compile and analyse reports and create ad-hoc reports as required
• Compile business strategy documents of own accord, and work across team functions to support empirical comprehension of fact based sales risk and opportunity scenarios
• guidance for implementation with appropriate internal partners
• Analyze Market Share data in weekly/monthly basis
• Support developers of business intelligence dashboards
• Collate required data and align with subsidiaries on local plans
• Support the team with ad-hoc projects as the need arises
• Lead the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the ETO Senior Vice President
• Lead the senior Senior vice Vice president’s President’s schedule by maintaining calendars and arranging meetings

Key competencies of a Junior Business Support Manager
• +2 years proven experience in Marketing & Sales related jobs
• MUST have strong content development and writing skills in providing materials, tools, emails, web content, newsletters, announcements, customer advocacy, forums, programs and calendars for both internal and external communication purposes
• Reasonable fluency in English and Korean communication (spoken and written)
• Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills for a broad range of constituencies across a broad range of teams including, regional team subsidiaries, marketing and product management
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative capability to resolve program effectiveness, return on investment, etc
• Competitive MS Office skill – Excel, PPT, Word
• High-reaching and can-do-attitude
• Ability to interact with differing levels of seniority
• Reasonable Good proficiency in English and fluent Korean (spoken and written)
• Fabulous communication skills (verbal & written) especially in a highly matrixed organization
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
