Finance Analyst
Location – London
Salary – £152.88-£180.88 Per day
Duration –Ongoing

Summary of a Finance Analyst
In this role, you will be the finance partner and trusted adviser to ESBO teams, ensuring that cost management are well-defined and maintained accurately and providing your partners with actionable insights and Financial guidelines.

Responsibilities of a Finance Analyst
• Support monthly forecasting process by working alongside internal partners, consolidating the data and analysing the variances for cost reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained
• Support with annual budget planning and consolidation from each team at ESBO
• Ensure budgets for overheads and project costs are adhered to
• Partner with finance and international teams to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance
• Provide ESBO internal teams with financial guidelines to improve data flow and information reliability
• Update existing Finance policy/procedure documentation to stay up to date
• Generate various ad-hoc financial analysis and participate in ad hoc projects to aid the growth of functions as required

Key competencies of a Finance Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask required
• Reliable and trustworthy and willingness to explore and do new things
• Advanced Excel skills are required, including a deep understanding of formulas and pivot tables
• Must be task driven and have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups and being able to present the manager with viable options
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to draw information from various sources, including people
• Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people and technology challenges to identify and understand issues and opportunities
• Demonstrate resilience, dealing with demands of challenges and changing priorities, learning from experience proactively
• Comfortable with technology, especially TVs
