Location – Weybridge
Salary – £11.00-£13.00 per hour (£21,450-£25,350 pro rata)
Contract length – 6 months FTC

Purpose of the role of a Data Coordinator

A member of the Real World Data team, having responsibility for supporting the Real World Data Specialists and Data Managers with delivery, maintenance and closure activities associated with RWD databases.

Key responsibilities of Data Coordinator

•    To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures
•    During set up, support members of the team with file creation and documentation filing, and documentation updates as needed
•    Finalize discontinuation tracker for each program
•    Ensure data entry compliance
•    Identify patients to be uploaded into platform and send files to service provider for upload
•    Work with service provider to troubleshoot any upload errors
•    Review data entry compliance
•    Perform discontinuation activities for assigned programs
•    Support data management team with objective evidence and platform testing
•    Compile data analysis reports for each program, providing an overview of the data entry completed by the physicians
•    Support data management team with query resolution and other data cleaning activities

Key competencies of Data Coordinator

•    Proficient in Excel and experience with CRM
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    Demonstrable track record of ability to multitask and prioritize as well as communicate deliverable status
•    Proactive and solutions-driven
•    Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate effectively on projects with mutually beneficial outcomes
•    Willingness to learn new tasks, tools and processes
