Job Description

Administration Compliance Manager 

 

We are delighted to have the opportunity to recruit on behalf of our Award-Winning and forward thinking client. They have an unrivalled reputation in the loan sector and due to expansion, they are looking for an Administration Compliance Manager to head up their administration team. This is a  fantastic opportunity to join a very busy, fast paced working environment where your skills will be developed and no two days will be the same.

 

The key responsibilities of the Administration Compliance Manager:

 

•             Manage the administration team 

•             Providing banking services across all three businesses to include trade account management and bank transfers, handling customer payments, foreign exchange handling, processing payroll activities and staff expenses 

•             Complaints handling and log 

•             Bank Liaison 

•             Reporting and stock reporting for all stores, to include PayPal activities 

•             Office and store activities; telephone handsets/TNT booking, service contracts and training programme; weekly bulletin/communication to stores, risk assessments 

•             Compliance activities and procedures 

•             FCA rules, governance and compliance and UK pawn broking requirements (NPA) 

•             Control compliance logs, compliance audits and monitoring plans 

•             GDPR compliance, breach logs, reporting and procedures (to include data protection) 

•             Health and Safety 

•             Insurances 

•             Human Resources and training 

•             Recruitment, contract preparation, new starter documentation and induction 

•             Disciplinary and investigations 

•             Employee holidays, sickness (right to work) etc., and payroll administration to include pension, PAYE and HMRC 

•             Initiate the training programme 

 

The key attributes of the Administration Compliance Manager:

 

•             Capable use of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) With above average skills in Excel 

•             Good numeracy and literacy skills 

•             Organised and able to think on feet 

•             Very good communication skills 

•             Strong people skills 

•             Fluent in English language 

•             Strong leadership 

 

 

Our client is offering a very competitive salary for this key role within their fast progressing business

Salary circa £40,000-£45,000 pa

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Workplace Pension

28 days holiday (including bank holidays) which will increase for every one full holiday year up to a maximum of 33 days
