Salary – £210-235 per day equivalent to £46-£53k
Duration – 31st December 2022, rolling contact

Summary of an Accounts Receivable Reporting Analyst
The Accounts Receivable team is part of Financial Operations. It is a team of 21, responsible for all collections, dispute management and claim processing for our 350 direct customers, together with the management of all on-line transactions. We work with our Offshore outsourced support team in Romania to maintain our position as “Best Practice” across Europe. The purpose of the role is to complete and improve all reporting on AR KPI’s to the Controlling team, European Office and HQ. Work with these teams to understand the requirements for the reports, ways to improve the volume, format, quantities of reports and share findings and ways of improving with AR team.

Responsibilities of a Accounts Receivable Reporting Analyst
• Complete all reports within timelines and to high standard
• To work with interfacing departments to fully understand and improve speed and automation of reporting
• Analyse data and work with AR team to identify anomalies and amend processes to improve discrepancies in reporting
• Document and keep up to date all processes for various reports
• Work with AR Managers in Verification, Collections and eCommerce to support data projects with specific customer issues to address dispute management queries
• Work with Big Data team and Verification to improve the quality of Stock and Sales data received from our customers
• Lead Audit requests from Deloittes and In House
• AR Projects to cover Sales portal and Ad hoc duties

Key competencies of a Accounts Receivable Reporting Analyst
• Strong analytical skills and accounting background
• Organised and logical approach, able to convey information and data clearly
• Great teammate, shows leadership skills and confidence
• Part qualified Accountant (CIMA), Intermediate/ Advance Excel
• Previous knowledge of AR ledgers and customers preferred
• Good negotiator and resilient
