Our client is looking for an assertive, organised individual with a can-do attitude to join their small team as an Operations Administrator, covering a number of different functions to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

 

Responsibilities

  • General office management tasks including maintenance and compliance
  • Sales order processing (using Xero)
  • Managing expenses and reconciling receipts
  • Stock management and forward planning
  • Customer service support

 

Attributes

  • Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work at pace
  • Dynamic, with good prioritization skills
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to various tasks
  • Must drive and have own transport
