We know that searching for a new job can be extremely daunting so choosing the right agency is an important first step.

At March we understand that every candidate is unique and we do not believe in the one size fits all approach. We prioritise getting to know every candidate so that we are able to quickly identify a potential fit. 

What happens next

  • Once you have contacted us we will request a copy of your most up-to-date CV in Word format which will be evaluated against our current roles and their respective requirements

  • You will be sent registration forms to complete and invited to meet us either in person or via video call. Registration will be finalised by asking you to complete Right To Work checks

  • One of our experienced consultants will arrange a call to further explore your background and expectations. Understanding your career goals helps us benchmark appropriately when looking at potential roles for you 

  •  Once a suitable opportunity has been identified and with your permission your CV will be submitted to our client for review. We will guide you through the interview process every step of the way
