10 years and counting

As March Recruitment in Weybridge marks another milestone this week, we couldn't be prouder to celebrate Julia Greene, our Finance Manager, who has been an integral part of our team for a remarkable ten years. 

A decade ago, Julia stepped into our offices fresh from completing her AAT, seeking a part-time opportunity. It didn't take long for us to recognize her talent and enthusiasm shortly afterwards she joined the March Recruitment team as a part time Accounts Assistant.

From the outset, Julia demonstrated commitment to her work, she swiftly mastered the complexities of our busy temp payroll, showing a remarkable knack for precision and efficiency.

As the years passed, Julia's role continued to evolve, mirroring her own growth and development. Today, Julia leads our amazing finance/payroll team with her naturally helpful and friendly manner creating a calm and efficient working environment. Her journey from Accounts Assistant to Finance Manager is a testament to her determination and sheer talent. She has not only excelled in her role but has also become a source of inspiration for those around her.

However, Julia is not just a finance whiz; she's also a great colleague and friend. Whether it's a team meeting or a well-deserved celebration, Julia is always at the heart of the action and often the last to leave!!!
Last Friday we all enjoyed an afternoon celebrating her 10 years at March.  We wined and dined at La Casa in Weybridge.  The sun shone and so did the smiles and laughter. 

Here’s to you Julia and all that you bring to the wonderful March team!

May the next ten years be filled with more success, growth and shared moments of celebration.
