Wireless Support Coordinator
Location: Diseworth
Salary: £20-£24000 PA
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. 1-2 days’ hybrid working

Summary of a Wireless Support Coordinator
Working within Operations, to support the head of field services, supporting the head of field services in the running of the field services department

Key Responsibilities of a Wireless Support Coordinator
• Administration duties, document control, supporting the QPL function, engaging with field and suppliers in the decimalisation of engineering instructions and H&S updates.
• Management of resource and Leave, arranging training and recertification.
• Assisting with planning and resourcing.
• Creating and monitoring inductions and training matrix’s
• Creating and capturing the field process’s and helping implement change.
• Creating sharepoint space for document control, capturing read receipts and encouraging communication between the field and suppliers.
• Engaging and embedding within the projects teams to learn processes to offer cover and assistance when needed.

Key Competencies of a Wireless Support Coordinator
• Project and Programme Co-ordination Experience.
• Proven track record of project delivery.
• Technical experience in IT or Telecoms industries would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present at senior level.
• Experience working with various Telco vendors
• Excellent I.T. and database skills. (MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Access)
