Team Administrator
Location – Chertsey
Salary – £114.84 – £134.88 Per day
Duration –Ongoing

Summary of a Team Administrator
This role will support the Climate Solutions marketing team to handle work requests and payments with third party vendors.

Responsibilities of a Team Administrator
• Submitting all of the information required by compliance for any gifts and corporate hospitality which our client offers their customers
• Marketing warehouse – managing the promotional stock and orders of marketing materials from the clients UK warehouse for the sales team and customers
• Website updates – managing the database of customers
• Marketing portal – supporting customers with access to the marketing portal to find relevant images and information
• Vendor set-up – working with new marketing vendors to collect relevant paperwork and information to set them up on the system
• Vendor quote support – advising new vendors and supporting existing vendors with how to submit their quotes
• Invoicing – work with vendors to ensure they submit their invoices in a timely manner for payment and helping with invoice queries
• Work closely with the UK Procurement Manager for support on using the internal systems

Key competencies of a Team Administrator
• PC literate with a good solid understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and eye for business
• Good project management skills and ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Professional manner and demeanour
• Positive relationship building skills
• Experience of purchase orders and invoicing
• Enthusiastic demeanour and passion for target achievement
• Experience of working with different cultures
• Database management
