Summary of Supply Chain Manager
Work closely with and supports the external Sales Team, Distribution Partners & customers with Forecasting and Stock availability.

Key Responsibilities of Supply Chain Manager

• Chairing and Handling weekly SCM meetings (virtual and in person)
• SCM AP1/AP2 forecasting and input via GSCM system
• Providing accurate inbound and import documents to Partners with a Direct inbound agreement
• Leading the stock and forecasting to ensure stock profiling achieves requires stock levels to permit sales growth
• Provide accurate and efficient forecasting
• Achieve appropriate stock levels and reserve deliveries
• Identify & communicate stock issues with customers and provide a quick resolution
• Proactive communication with all customers regarding orders/delivery schedules/stock availability
• Support the Commercial Manager to understand, develop, document and optimise the key processes vital to administrate the full end-to-end order process

Key Competencies of Supply Chain Manager

• Experience in SCM/Logistics management, forecasting & order processing
• PC literate with a good solid understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power-point and MS Outlook
• Experience with SAP
• Strong analytical & numerical skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Good planning and leadership skills
• Developed networking & relationship development skills
• Operational use of SAP Business Software
• Professional manner and strong communication skills (Verbal/written)
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
