Overview

Our Byfleet based client is looking for a competent Administrator to work in their growing business  in the role of Assistant to Service Director.  This is a new role and will primarily be providing administrative support to a busy Service Director and his team of engineers.

In this role you will be making managing diary for service director as well as his emails.  You will be making appointments both by phone and email and taking calls from customers who need support or advice.

 

You will be managing database, raising job sheets, arranging parts and arranging third party engineering visits.

 

The right person for this role will have worked in a busy office, be able to multi task and have strong PC skills to be able to manage Word and Excel as well as database.  The list above is not exhaustive but a guide.

 

22 days holiday with 5 to be taken over Christmas, pension scheme and working hours are 8.30 – 5pm
