Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director.
Assist with creating, managing and updating contact lists, including purchased databases and carrying out desk research to develop in-house lists.
Update SalesForce to ensure that leads are captured and managed, ensuring that the client can effectively manage its pipeline.
Support communications activities with customer satisfaction survey feedback.
Provide support on marketing projects to ensure stakeholders are kept informed of activity.
Provide support for internal and external webinars.
Provide support for internal communications, including updating the intranet.
Provide operational and logistical support to events.
Completion of the exhibitor handbook, packing and transporting the relevant materials, stand attendance, and post event follow up activities.
Arrange merchandise for events and staff.
Ensure delegates are booked on to training courses from processing the initial enquiry through to invoicing (including purchase order and payment resolution where necessary).
Act as the primary contact for course support including tutor enquiries, correspondence relating to course confirmation/cancellation/changes, invoices from suppliers/tutors/venues.
