Salary – £134.88-£146.88 Per day
Duration –Ongoing

Summary of a Retention & Revenue Programme Manager
Our client is looking for someone who can take over the retention programme, expand it and work with various stakeholders to deliver real bottom line numbers. This role will suit someone that is not afraid to be hands on and collaborative. Good with data and numbers along with a proven project management background will be essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities of a Retention & Revenue Programme Manager

• Track the clients current OOW programme
• Project management and planning
• Monthly data and reporting
• Value, pricing levels and conversion optimisation
• Voucher automation and channel delivery optimisation
• Work with various partners – technical teams, eStore, CS operations, online software development, Product, European and HQ leads
• Work with other teams to provide and set up potential training
• Develop strategic overviews and identify mid-long term opportunities

Key competencies of a Retention & Revenue Programme Manager

• Experience in a project management and planning role
• Highly analytical mentality. Precise, detailed orientated and good with numbers
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of commercial opportunities
• Understanding of different channels and how they serve customers and in particular digital and in-home
• Highly competent with PowerPoint, Excel and keen interest in visual/look-and-feel/design on how team members will understand often difficult technical requirements
• Hands-on and ability to put ideas onto paper
• Familiar with systems such as CRM and ERP as well as the likes of online platforms and an understanding of GDPR but non-technical
