Recruitment Business Partner

Recruitment Business Partner, Hersham based (Crewe, Worcester & European travel)

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to be based in their Hersham office with travel to Crewe, Worcester and there will also be European travel (couple of times a month).

This role is extremely varied and they do require language skills, English first and foremost fluently with one or more of the following:

French

Dutch

German

Polish

Location: Hersham / Crewe (we would prefer this role to be based in Hersham with travels to Crewe and Worcester)

Pay rate: £150 – £200 per day (Ltd pay rate)

Contract length: 3 months with possibility to extend

Working schedule: Monday to Friday, Full time

Job description:

  • Lead day to day fulfilment of all vacancies
  • Manage all tasks related to recruitment: briefing profiles with managers, posting jobs, screening CVs, conducting interviews, develop new evaluation techniques, making job offers
  • Collaborate with internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employment branding
  • Establish, cultivate and maintain solid working relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, external relationships & other internal recruiting partners)
  • Build a pipeline of top talent, and skilfully covert passive candidates through managing sourcing channels & identifying new sources of top talent
  • Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, companies, competitive industries and trends
  • Keep within targets all KPI’s: time to accept, agency hire ratios, customer satisfaction and cost per hire.
  • Understanding the local markets, monitoring and reviewing of the internal processes and legislation.
