Recruitment Advisor
Location: Woking
Salary: £27 – £28,000 PA
Hours: Monday to Friday -8.30am to 5pm (Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 from home)
Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Car parking available

Summary of a Recruitment Advisor
With an engaging and professional manner, you will be overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish by supporting hiring managers with vacancies.

Highly organised and with excellent attention to detail, you will be able to work in a busy environment and want to make a difference though building strong relationships with Hiring Managers, internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Advisor
• Assist hiring managers with the recruitment process within set timeframes, utilizing effective sourcing strategies such as job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Participate in the candidate interview and selection processes by building strong candidate pipelines for each vacancy
• Support with the onboarding process for new starters including drafting offer letter and contracts
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and agencies
• Maintain accurate and compliant records for each candidate
• Reports to Resourcing Manager

Key competencies of a Recruitment Advisor
• Strong candidate management and administration experience
• Selection processes skills
• Great IT skills with Microsoft Office and SharePoint experience is advantageous
• Team player with great attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
