Job Description

This Reconciliation Coordinator role is based in a global brand in the North Surrey area. Our client is looking for an individual to join their team to reconcile and manage the Ecommerce account. This is a contract role until December 2019, with potential to extend.

Duties of this Reconciliation Coordinator role:

  • Prepare remittance advices from our various payment gateways (Paypay, Worldpay and Amex)
  • Reconcile account daily on SAP
  • Auto-match transactions and resolve unmatched/ mismatched items
  • Manage the lines relating to refunds and deductions, ensuring all transactions are cleared
  • Manage the returns queries, ensuring customer’s refund is processed and matched
  • Raise journals to clear bank charges and fees
  • Form strong relations with logistics, customer service and commercial finance and attend meetings to keep engagement
  • Ad hoc duties within AR team

Key Attributes for this Reconciliation Coordinator role:

  • Excellent Excel skills, competence in Vlookups and Pivot Tables
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable
  • Experience of reconciliations
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience of online payment gateways desirable (Paypal, Worldpay and Amex)
