My client is looking for a Project Coordinator working with their Strategic Development Team of 4.

This is a full-time role, with the option of hybrid working, based at their head office in Staines Upon Thames.

The role of Project Coordinator will assist and support the Strategic Development team to facilitate seamless delivery of strategic projects. The successful individual will most likely have excellent organisational and communication skills and ideally have experience in the coordination or administration of projects.

• Provide support to the Strategic Development Team, including:

o Project task and schedule tracking
o Coordinating project activities between internal and external parties
o Arranging and coordinating meetings and/or webinars with staff, customers, stakeholders and vendors.
o Liaison point for project leads, vendors and key stakeholders
o Drafting and review of project communications
o Assisting with preparing/ producing reports, drafting of any project documents
• Liaison point for external vendors and stakeholders on strategic projects.
• Monitor and report on progress of assigned projects, identifying issues that may impact on time delivery and escalate these as appropriate.
• For assigned projects participate as a member of the project team, conducting actions and activities as determined by the project lead.
• Under supervision of a project manager take a lead on assigned projects or project tasks, taking responsibility for the effective delivery of the project or project tasks aims and deliverables.

This role requires a highly organised individual to support the strategic team. We are seeking candidates that have the following key strengths..

• Knowledge of the principles of project management
• High level of IT literacy, with MS Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, articulate and good relationship builder
• Good organisational ability
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable with taking responsibility and being the central point of contact
