Job Description

Project Coordinator
Salary: £17,000 – £19,000
Location: West Byfleet
Summary & Purpose of the Project Coordinator Role:
Working within Operations, the role of the Project Coordinator is to support the Delivery Team across a number of projects and Clients. The Project Coordinator will assist the Delivery Management team with the co-ordination and administration.

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities of the Project Coordinator role:
• Schedule project follow up meetings as needed
• Work with project teams to understand and assist with project assignments
• Maintain document control & database management
• Develops and publishes communications to project stakeholder
• Develops and review project status and reports
• Populate and maintain the Departmental database
• Create and compile reports, update customers and databases
• Organise scheduled team meetings and departmental briefings
• Liaise with external suppliers, landlords, landlord agents and other external bodies
• Other administrative and support tasks that shall be required from time to time
• Issue regular briefs and log receipts
• Issue and track work instructions
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes
• Raising purchase orders for all work activities provided by external suppliers
• Reporting on costs of projects
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Provide input into KPI’s and performance reviews

• Excellent I.T. and database skills (MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Access)
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Demonstrable willingness to be flexible and adaptable
A level ‘s required Grade A-C
