Program Associate
Location: Weybridge
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Duration: Ongoing contract

Summary of a Program Associate
Provide functional support to Program Management Team for effective delivery of global Managed Access Programs through monitoring and reporting on operational service deliverables including specific requirements such as external communication management; affiliate management and program specific monitoring and reporting activities.
Please note this initially a 6 month FTC and can be based from either of our offices based in Weybridge, Surrey or Burton, Staffordshire.

 

Key Responsibilities of a Program Associate

  • Achievement of agreed individual and program KPIs
  • Work collaboratively across functions within the client to ensure all teams members contribute to the excellence of service delivery
  • Act as a role model and work within the client’s values and behaviours
  • Work with Program Directors and Program Managers to support monitoring and reporting of program portfolio
  • Monitor program inventory and work with client to ensure sufficient and timely stock provision
  • Provide general support to PM in set-up and delivery phase
  • Support PM in the management of change to existing programs
  • Support internal teams with program related queries and escalate issue as appropriate
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through the provision of excellence in program delivery
  • Client Relationship and Service Delivery
  • Support the PM team to manage and maintain client relationships
  • Act as a point of contact for individual client and client affiliate teams for order status updates and reporting requirements, as appropriate
  • Preparation of program client reports and updates, where appropriate
  • Build the reputation of the client’s MA through development of effective business relationships with clients and program teams
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key Group staff
  • Identify knowledge gaps, and propose training for the MA team, and wider organization
  • Assist in induction of new members of staff entering the role

 

Key Competencies of a Program Associate

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Collaborative attitude is essential
  • Demonstrable attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a member of program teams, an advantage
  • Experience of working within the pharmaceutical sector and with external clients, an advantage
