Part Time Recruitment Specialist
Location: Hampton Wick
Salary: 35,000 pro rata salary
Hours: Part time role over 25 hours a week covering 4/5 days

Summary of a Part Time Recruitment Specialist
Responsible for identifying and sourcing high calibre talent through a variety of mediums (agencies, job boards, social media) across all functions and locations (globally), to support the recruitment needs for the business

Key Responsibilities of a Part Time Recruitment Specialist
• Develop recruitment processes and tools to support identifying talent
• Work closely with the HR Manager, SLT and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, revising/creating job descriptions and devising appropriate recruitment campaigns utilising Preferred Service Providers, social media, plus other appropriate channels
• Brief recruitment agencies on requirements of the role and short list candidates through initial screening of CVs
• Conduct 1st stage telephone interview
• Set up and review Thomas International psychometric assessments and provide feedback and guidance to Hiring Managers on the results for candidates undertaking face to face interviews
• Support Hiring Managers in the interview process, giving guidance on interview and assessment approaches
• Produce recruitment spreadsheet/ MI for SLT e.g. Vacancy status report, salary benchmarking, potential hiring blockers, hiring metrics etc
• Build relationships with agencies on the PSL and other organisations such as universities
• Gather market intelligence and data on salary benchmarking
• Coach and train Hiring Managers in the interview process experience
• Schedule job interviews
• Serves as a point of contact person for all new employee questions
• • Provide cover for HR Administrator in their absence


Key Competencies of a Part Time Recruitment Specialist

• 5 years’ experience in recruitment
• • Desirable – accredited in the use of Thomas International assessments
