PA to VP Sales
Location – Chertsey
Salary – £142.88 – £162.88 Per day
Duration –On going contract

Summary of a PA to VP Sales
In this role you will be supporting VP and 1 Director Supporting the direct reports of each Director
based within a busy sales environment, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience working within a large corporate organisation and supporting at director level.

Responsibilities of a PA to VP Sales
• Expenses tracking, management and submission
• Diary management for all internal and external meetings
• Proactively checking diaries are accurate at all times
• Travel arrangements to include flights, hotels, cars and trains
• Arrange internal and external meetings (booking meeting rooms, VC equipment & catering)
• Liaise with oversea’s employees (Korea, USA, Europe) to arrange conference calls
• Organising and co-ordinating internal events for monthly team offsite’s, securing a venue, liaising with legal to ensure the contract complies, catering, facilities, travel, payment in line with policies
• Support wider team (e.g. Sales Team) with adhoc requests
• Rescheduling of last minute changes to meetings, offsite’s – this includes changing contracts, venues, catering, finding alternative times to suit
• Greeting visitors and welcoming them to the meeting room for external meetings
• Compiling and submitting of corporate expenses and ensuring the correct approvals are attached on the Concur system
• Ensure new starters (direct reports of the Leadership team) are equipped with the correct assets and access
• Ordering stationery and office equipment for the team
• Format presentations before all team meetings/off site’s as and when required
• Manage desk/floor moves with the team and the facilities team
• General support with issues with IT, finance & facilities

• Ability and confidence to communicate with all levels within the business
• Confidence to think for yourself and find solutions to admin problems
