Job Description

Working with Managing Director, Sales Director, Operations Directors, Area Managers, Ops Support Managers, and Unit Managers to ensure the timely management of sites facilities and equipment, through both planned regular and ad hoc activity.

Duties Include:

• Managing equipment repairs
• Arranging planned maintenance on sites where we are responsible, including liaising with area managers, maintenance companies, business managers or site managers to agree access and any logistics
• Arranging yearly deep cleaning program, including liaising with cleaning company representatives, business managers or site managers to agree access and any logistics
• Manage budgets
• Keeping repair and maintenance budgets up to date as part of the ongoing contracts
• Sourcing equipment and arrange for quotes
• Sourcing electrical and plumbing trades persons for repairs or maintenance work on site, including arranging quotes, booking work and ensuring work is completed
• Raising purchase orders and logging any recharges to clients
• Taking bookings for loan of equipment
• Arranging hire for equipment when needed
• Completing water filter orders for coffee machines
• Arranging annual pressure testing for barista coffee machines with guidance from Health and Safety Manager
• Arrange and attend supplier meeting/reviews
• Mobilisations of new sites, including sourcing equipment, ordering, managing delivery dates and budgets, liaising with the mobilisation team to ensure project is delivered on time
• Develop processes to drive consistency
• Project coordinator
• Facilitate Operations Directors in delivering projects within budget
