Location: Weybridge
Salary: £21 – £25,000 PA
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 9.00am-5.0pm – Office based

Summary of an Office Administrator
Working in administration, you will need the ability to prioritise a busy work schedule and meet set deadlines, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service. You must be comfortable with high levels of phone activity and have excellent organisational skills to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks. You will also be familiar with using social media, regularly posting on the company’s social media channels.

This role would suit someone who is experienced in office administration and is interested in continuing to develop their administration and customer services skills.

Key Responsibilities of an Office Administrator
• Answering the phone and directing calls- you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers and suppliers, so being confident with high levels of phone activity is key.
• Booking in appointments/ installations and running multiple calendars.
• Maintaining and growing company social media
• Tracking/organising deliveries
• Coordinating with the head surveyor and installation teams to ensure they have everything they need for installations/surveys.
• Organising/filing paperwork, including maintaining a record of receipts and keeping trackers up to date
• Handling company aftersales
• Handling card payments

Key Competencies of an Office Administrator
• Excellent communication skills, including in person, over the phone and by email
• High levels of organisation
• Confident with using computers
• Experience in a small business environment preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration role required
