Location – London
Salary – £153.71-£175.34 Per day
Duration – Ongoing contract

Summary of a Marketing Executive
The Marketing Executive role is a critical position to support the client’s European Strategic Marketing team to drive the business forward. This role will support marketing event launches, industry partnerships, B2B communications, social media, market expansion and marketing operations.

Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive
• Work with the strategic marketing team and the procurement team to on-board new vendors, such an event companies and trade partners
• Collaborate with the strategic marketing team and the legal team to support with commercial contracts for events, partnerships and PR
• Understand, learn and lead on the financial processes that support all strategic marketing activity
• To be the point of contact for vendors regarding financial and procurement processes
• Work on key Ads events across Europe, support on logistics such as ticket allocation, creative & design, comms and internal collaboration with Sales and wider teams
• Source and order merchandise for the European team including client gifting
• Support on internal yearly awards
• Communication Support
• Email marketing support: creation of emails (templates, copy) in collaboration with the team
• Mediafly(file sharing platform) management and maintenance
• Marketing database & CRM support. Data sorting and reporting
• Social media support: Scheduling, social calendar management, post creation where required
• Ad hoc assistance on project-by project basis, for example survey creation, liaise with design to produce any packages or case studies


Key competencies of a Marketing Executive
• Strong attention to detail
• An independent self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Familiarity with social media & email marketing platforms, such as Sprout, Hubspot, Mailchimp and Pardot
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or media
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
• Great communications skills –managing partners internally and externally
• Resilient and proactive navigating complex systems in a large complex corporation
• Second language, ideally Spanish
