Korean Speaking Administrator
Location – Chertsey
Salary – £126.88 Per day
Duration – On going contract

Summary of a Korean Speaking Administrator
In this role you will be responsible for many key aspects of buying function which has a direct impact on success and profitability of the company. You will be actively involved in all areas of the business and this will lead to substantial interaction with other team members at all levels including senior management plus contact with external customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities of a Korean Speaking Administrator

• Responsible for day-to-day running of the Procurement activities (delivery/quality/price, etc
• Reviewing supplier’s quotation and making Sales Offer for the internal customers
• Maintaining and updating of purchasing data on the system with accuracy
• Maintaining and updating of invoice/billing data on the Global ERP system with accuracy
• Preparing and issuing request for quotation(RFQ) and purchase orders to suppliers in accordance with departmental and company operating procedures & policy
• Reviewing supplier’s quotation and making Sale Offers for the internal customers
• Maintaining and updating of purchasing data on the system with accuracy
• Maintaining and developing robust relationships with external suppliers/forwarders, ensuring that they are meeting the requirements in all aspects
• Maintaining and updating of invoice/billing data on the Global ERP system with accuracy

• Excellent communication at all levels with international suppliers and internal customers (often with low level English speakers), networking and interpersonal skills

• Good numerical and analytical skills
• A Graduate calibre
• A High level of computer literacy is preferred
• Familiarity with MS word, Excel and Outlook is preferred
• Advanced level of Korean language preferred
