Finance Manager
Location – Weybridge
Salary – £36,000 PA
Duration – Permanent
Hours- Part Time- 21-28 hours per week in the office Ideally 6 hours per day over 4 days.

Summary of a Finance Manager
To operate all aspects of my clients Limited financial operations and support management in running a cost-effective business through financial reporting, monitoring and strategy.

Responsibilities of a Finance Manager
• Contribute to team effort by exceeding expectations and delivering related results as needed
• To become a lead point of contact for all financial operations and enquiries
• To maximise efficiency and contribute to the client’s success
• Be responsible for financial control, understanding and maximization across the business and Build a deep understanding of both businesses and the financial requirements and areas of improvement
• Handle all invoicing and financial reporting for management and the board
• Continual evaluation & monitoring of the clients financial health
• Recommend areas for financial improvement through on-going analysis of income and outgoings – i.e. areas of suggested margin savings etc
• Day-to-day management of all invoicing and payments
• Day to day responsibility for cash collection and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Management of employee salaries, pension contributions and HMRC payments
• Quarterly VAT calculation and reporting
• Liaising with Company Accountants to prepare annual Company Accounts and Corporation Tax Computation
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports for management and board
• Management of any appropriate deadlines, timelines, and expectations
• Assist in the creation of future investment materials through preparation of cash flow and associated financial forecasts
• Management of operations budgets and expenditure when applicable
• Familiarity with income streams and identification of additional potential revenue streams and cost savings
• Review and approval of associated supplier and contributor contracts and invoices
