Finance Analyst

We are looking for a driven, collaborative and forward thinking person. In this role, you will be the finance partner and trusted advisor to our EU advertising team, ensuring that the drivers of performance are well understood, and providing your business partners with actionable insights. You will report directly to the EU Head of Business Operations & Analytics based in London and work closely with finance teams based in Chertsey. This role will require you to:

Own month end closing, reporting and highlighting required business interventions.
Work with finance teams to ensure that the full end to end workflow (from client set up, campaign set up through to campaign billing) is customer centric and robust.
Work with Internal teams to assist in the accurate and timely reporting of revenue generation, billing and cash collection.
Partner with finance teams and international teams to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance.
Build and maintain key reporting metrics that drive business performance.
Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are built and maintained.
Generate adhoc financial reporting and models for the ESBO leadership team.

Necessary skill set:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
Advanced Excel skills are required, including a deep understanding of formulas, macros and pivot tables.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Salesforce – a plus
Experience working with Operative.One – a plus
Experience working with SAP – a plus
