Expense Associate

Location – Chertsey
Salary –  £106.61-£116.00 Per day
Duration – 6 Month contract

Summary of an Expense Associate
The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing and payment of business expenses for all employees.

 

Responsibilities of an Expense Associate

  • Dealing with and escalating where required all employee travel, expense and credit card related queries via a number of mailboxes, telephone, instant message and at face to face drop in sessions
  • Support employees with completing their expenses where required
  • Support with general Concur Expense, GTNE (Global Travel and Expense System) and Corporate Credit Card queries
  • Expense/Corporate Credit Card reconciliations for individual employees as required
  • New Starter and Leaver expense process
  • Support with monthly expense and credit card reporting for management
  • Ensure month end deliverables are met
  • Support to the Accounts Payable and Shared Service team where urgent payments are required
  • Support with employee training on the systems/ processes
  • Compliance with UK tax regulations
  • Supporting with annual audit information requests and other ad-hoc projects as required

 

 

Key competencies of an Expense Associate

  • Experience of working in a busy Expenses department
  • Experience of using SAP and SAP Concur
  • Experience of administering a corporate credit card programme
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to communicate with all levels of management
