Service Centre Administrator

Location: Weybridge
Salary: £28 – £30,000 PA
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm (Office Based)

The Service Centre Administrator {Engineer Scheduler} manages the needs of our clients, processing and managing orders, returns, solving incidents as well as offering good product advice

• Processing and management of orders/dispatch incl.
o Create purchase order, order confirmation & customer invoice & rebilling, returns…etc
o Check product in stock regarding latest software update & add marketing material
o Dispatch product & field tech to customer site
o Work with accounting to align on payment / dunning process
• Replacement steering
o Order spare parts and refurbished products for replacement process
o Dispatch local Field Service Technician for on-site repair
o Dispatch 3rd parties for on-site repair
o Work with accounting to align on payment / dunning process
• Change customer data (new NIF, direct debit, change address…)
• Processing deposits, changes, billing, cancellations….
• Ensures the updating and reliability of the department’s databases and files.
• Ensures compliance with current regulations on data protection and access to information

You Will Need…

• High level of accountability
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Demonstrate problem solving and decision making abilities
• Self-assured and calm / resilient in difficult situations
• Excellent organizing and prioritization skills
• Several years of professional experience in similar roles
• English skills (both spoken & written)
• Experience in dealing with customers via phone & e-mail to solve all queries
• Experience of working in Customer Service environment
• Excellent skills with MS Office
