In this role you will work closely with the Brand Manager to bridge the gap between channel
and brand marketing. You will need to have a broad general marketing knowledge to flex
across both B2C and B2B markets, bringing brand portfolios to life.
You will be involved in multi-agency briefings to plan, develop & execute key campaigns
throughout the year to create a consistent brand message across each key pillar.
You will work with our resell partners to develop joint campaign plans and secure content that works
fluidly across brand and channel marketing. You will be involved with executing media plans
and identifying the right platforms, formats, marketing funnel (awareness, consideration,
conversion) and developing creative that is effective, efficient and delivers on KPI’s.
You will work closely with the product and sales to teams to ensure they are fully supported with
assets and creative ideas to drive consideration and conversion across our 3rd party retail
Two years plus experience of working within a marketing or product management role,
• A good eye for detail with a creative flair and a passion to deliver projects.
• Well organised with the ability to stay on top of the various activities across each
retail partner and working across multiple brands.
• Excellent at multitasking.
• You will be a confident speaker who is able to present to channel buying/ marketing
teams to support sell in of new range products when required.
• You will have a good understand of the role of different marketing platforms and how
these can be best leveraged dependent on the business/ marketing objectives.
• Experience across both B2C and B2B industries is desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required to help develop direct relationships with our
in-house marketing teams as a portion of your time will be with our retail customers.
