Job Description

Customer Service Co Ordinator

A lovely role to work for one of the finest companies in Weybridge. In this role you will be providing excellent customer service , liaising with customers, dealers and ensuring that all queries are resolved. There will be lots of order entry, credit processing and processing work instructions and general administration.
Your workload will look something like this:
• Process all orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Respond to and manage effectively all customer queries e.g. product chases, product info, literature request
• Complete Non Conformities and Complaints forms when required delivery errors e.g. short shipments & damaged stock, late deliveries, backorders and mis-deliveries – Takes ownership of resulting issues and finds satisfactory solutions to any problems
• Issue RMA’s, rebates & credits when required
• Gain a good understanding of all bespoke promotions so can inform/promote our products to our customers
• Accountability for specific dealer or customer accounts
• Run back order reports and distribute to dealers and/or advise and update customers including Reward customers
• Investigate back order date slippages and supply customers with appropriate updates/revised delivery information
• Ensure accuracy of dealer /customer codes on the relevant files/records
• Entering orders for grant, rep, S&M, dealer, cash In advance, drop shipments, VAT exempt, express, short expiry, on hold, cold storage, training courses, pharmaceutical, Interco, European, rewards redemption & miscellaneous orders
• Responsible for managing and maintaining the orders, information and samples Outlook inboxes. Compiling return correspondence where necessary
• Sorts, files and archives copies of customer orders
