Job Description

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service


• Confidently manage inbound calls
• Develop and apply your knowledge of the product base to respond to customers enquiries
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management
• Good working knowledge of computer programmes

Shift pattern:

Full time role working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-4pm, 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
