Job Description

European CS System Innovation Manager – this is a relatively junior role so please come forward if you would like to be considered. If you have some innovations experience and a good command of SAP the chances are you will be right for this role.

Our Chertsey based client is looking to fill the above role, reporting into the Senior CS Process Innovation Manager. The European CS System Innovation Manager role is pivotal in delivering and operating CS systems aligned with global and European CS strategy. In this role you will be developing and deploying innovated and improved processes for customer satisfaction.

The System Innovation role includes finding service process and system improvement and ideas in the CS system; such as new system introduction and development, existing data link with operation systems and customer satisfaction improvement for additional projects and process supports also system interface (I-GSPN, CS API, i-Paas)

This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with a range of internal stakeholders on a regular basis.There is a major system innovation happening in Feb/March and so all internal training should be complete by then and you should be up to speed with the systems and procedures.

There is likely to be travel in this role given that it has a European reach – possibly 3-4 times per month with trips to Korea a few times a year.This will be project dependent.

Key requirements for this role include:

-Systems knowledge – SAP and WEB ideal (but this could be flexible)

-Good command of Word, Excel and Powerpoint

-Experience with systems/project related work

-Innovation experience

-Second language would be useful – European or Korean but not essential

-Logical mindset and solution focused
