Within this exciting role you will primarily be responsible for the development and delivery of the Customer Experience improvement initiatives for all customers, across all touch points to ultimately enable our client to become number one for customer experience within their brand. You will need to be passionate about the customer and customer experience, demonstrate drive, tenacity and have a proven track record of delivering sustainable customer led improvements. You will have worked in a complex business environment and have an understanding of business plans and strategies, coming from a senior role with responsibility for delivering major change.
