Business Support Executive
Location – Chertsey
Salary – £118.88-£122.88 Per day
Duration –6 months

Summary of a Business Support Executive
This role is intended to take ownership of the supporting administration including data processing for all terms and sales promotions to ensure they are all fully captured in line with company policies.

Responsibilities of a Business Support Executive
• To take responsibility for accurate and timely input and maintenance of the key information systems related to divisional cost and expenses within the finance department
• To act as a central point of contact for the division regarding required process and administration for customer deals
• To support the planning and forecasting processes within the division
• Accurate and timely input, maintenance and processing of data into information systems related to divisional costs and expenses (Sales Deduction and Marketing systems) in line
with deadlines set by finance department
• Collaborating closely with all Sales and Marketing Staff in Division to ensure all liabilities are accurately captured and processes are followed
• Management of Cores deal sheets – master data, customer emailing and customer acceptance
• Ensuring all terms accurately recorded within TCMS and SELMs, customer terms letters
sent and signed copies received and monitored on central tracker
• Balance sheet PSI management – including accrual monitoring, top ups and releases
• Supporting the central AR / Claim Handler / Verification teams in validating and paying customer claims
• Provide input into further development of business processes and reporting to control and supervise divisional costs
• Support the CFMs in the monthly forecasting cycles by contributing to updated cost forecasts
• Reporting of status of Sales Deduction and Marketing budgets to partners
• Preparing forecast upload files in a timely and accurate manner on monthly basis in line with HQ reporting deadlines

 

Key competencies of a Business Support Executive
• Excellent computer skills including Excel (Pivot table, V-look up), Word and Finance systems
• Educated to at least A-Level standard
• Experience of working within a Finance team
• Familiar with the concept of accruals
• Must show capability to work in a pressurized environment with strict deadlines
• High Attention to detail
• Team player
• Ability to self-motivate and work on own initiative
• Enthusiastic
• Flexible
• Good Communicator and relationship builder
• Proactive approach
