Location – Chertsey
Salary – £138.61-£150.61 Per day
Duration Ongoing contract

Summary of a Business Operations Manager
The Business Support Manager will take ownership of leading administration of three CE business teams in Sales Deduction Operations and oversee and monitor whether data processing of customer deals costs items (Sales Deduction) are fully recorded in line with company policy and communicating deals with customers. The successful candidate should be able to roll out AI technology from current excel/manual based operation and help sales team to be transit to the new technology.

Responsibilities of a Business Operations Manager

• AI technology based accrual automation system launching –the system is currently built to the final stage, and the person will ensure the smooth roll out of this new system to CE business and rectify teething problems for a smooth/sleeker operation
• Monitor data input accuracy of Data Administrators/ Placement Student and invents structured excel tools which adapted to the client’s systems
• Liaising with customers and Sales teams to ensure deals are properly accrued and communicated in timely manner with internal processes are followed
• Communication with customer on rebates/Sell out allowances when customer has a query/dispute
• Leading all aspects of reporting of the status of Sales Deduction budgets to internal partners
• Working with AR team leads to validate and process of customer claims received and management of account accruals
• Provide input into further development of business processes and reporting to control and monitor divisional costs
• Finance Key Performance Index management
• Support the Commercial Finance Manager /Head of Sales as required in driving the financial performance of the Business Division
• Support the Division’s annual, quarterly and monthly financial planning processes

Key competencies of a Business Operations Manager

• Excellent level of Excel knowledge (as the role requires change management to a new system migration which will require a high level of excel skills including Macro)
• People manager experience
• Accounting qualifications
• Level 4 of Professional Diploma in Accounting(AAT) or, CIMA Operational Level Passed or, ACCA all Fundamental Level Passed
• Leadership skills
• Great communication skills
• Positive towards change management environment
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment, take quick and effective decisions and direct others
• Proven track record in demonstrating accountability and ownership
