We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to work for one of our clients in Weybridge. The company is national and provides parts to the PSV industry. As an Office Manager your role will be busy, challenging and varied. You will have full accountability for every aspect of the office and you will be the driving force that ensures success for you and your team, providing the highest level of customer service.
As Office Manager you will be managing a team of 7 . You will have a diverse range of customers and will have responsibility for visiting them to build relationships in order to maximise sales. Your hands on approach will make a huge difference in maximising the contribution to branch profitability. There will be plenty of administration, stock control, health & safety management and of course distribution.
The right person will be self motivated, personable and positive. Your experience will include management of staff including formal procedures, as well as previous sales experience in a target driven environment. In addition you will be commercially aware.
You will also need a full clean driving license.
