My client is now recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join as a Sales Order Coordinator.

An additonal European language is advantageous as their client base is across UK and Europe. French or German would be preferable.

This a varied and busy role and no two days are the same!

They are looking for applicants with significant administration experience within a customer service environment desirable and good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.

Above all, you should be flexible, a team player and willing to take on new challenges.

The role forms part of the Sales Order Team and here is a snapshot of what the successful candidate will be doing:

• Processing online sales through to order completion and delivery. There are between 12 and 50 orders per day depending on the size of the order.
• First line customer service support both by phone and email.
• Liaising with Sales Managers to manage successful sales orders
• Financial administration – returns process
• Stock enquiries

Hours are Monday to friday 9 to 5.30 or 8 to 4.30 and will be office based.
