Location – Weybridge
Salary – £20,000-25,000 PA
Duration – 6 month temp contract
Hours- 9am-5:30pm Monday – Friday
(hybrid working) 2 days working in the office

Summary of an Administrator
in this role you will be managing the complete order cycle for Global Access products and supporting Inventory service level excellence in order to meet the demand of pharmaceutical product sales in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

Responsibilities of an Administrator
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring that all regulatory, quality, financial and logistical aspects of ordering medicines are adhered to and ensuring all aspects are managed effectively to minimise delays
• Management of inbound Controlled drug applications to the Home Office for non-stocked products and subsequent order management
• Place purchase orders and obtain order acknowledgments from approved suppliers for stocked products
• Arrange shipment collections from suppliers where required via Logistics
• Resolve all purchase order discrepancies, within Sourcing Operations remit, in a timely manner.
• Monitor suppliers promise to deliver date and actual delivery date
• Identify and escalate supplier performance issues to the Strategic Account Manager responsible for that supplier/product
• Prioritise key product lines to ensure on time availability, maximise opportunity and support monthly business targets

Key competencies of an Administrator
• Educated to A Level standard
• Previous experience of using an ERP system
• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS applications
• Experience of working with key internal/ external stakeholders at a senior level
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
