Key Responsibilities of an Administrator
• Maintain all aspects of efficient Purchase 2 Payment document flow, finding solutions as necessary
• Ensuring suppliers and their products are well maintained in the database, investigating and resolving issues as and when they occur
• Maintaining stock item permissions, cataloguing and delisting
• Upload nutrition and allergen data as provided including recipe validation
• Being the first point of contact by phone or email for unit managers on all aspects of Purchase 2 Pay
• Supporting unit managers with weekly bookwork and ensuring accurate data import to system
• Customer service champion coordinating with our clients to ensure smooth booking of meals
• Checking data input and preparing documentation for invoicing
• Liaise with clients and unit managers to resolve transaction enquiries and process refunds where required
• Working with the central office team to provide support and cover where needed

Key Competencies of an Administrator
• Has at least 12 months’ experience working as an administrator in a busy environment
• Has great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
• Strong focus on customer service and providing support and assistance in a timely manner
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team player who is reliable, motivated and flexible
• A positive outlook with a great can-do attitude, quick to learn new skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel
