Hours:40 per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 with 1hr lunch break
Reporting to:HR Manager
My client is looking for an administrator to join an existing team of 3 in this well established successful company. You will be a good all-rounder with a broad range of office skills and possess a strong team work ethic.
•Varied administrative and reception experience essential
•Strong IT skills with intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook as a minimum (Publisher an advantage but not essential)
•Confident communicator both on the phone and in person, with a warm, friendly nature
•High standards in English language and grammar
•Good attention to detail and high standards of presentation
•Confidence managing own workload
•A willingness to ‘muck-in’ essential.
