About Us

March Recruitment has been established in Weybridge, Surrey for over 40 years, revered in the local area for providing a professional and unique recruitment service. Rather than a sales led function, March thrives on customer satisfaction, providing good quality candidates to our clients. We recruit for all types of office support both on a permanent and temporary basis. Our continuity of staff ensures clients benefit from an experienced recruitment team with a wealth of local knowledge. March Recruitment firmly believes that a professional recruitment agency can only make a vital contribution to the success of both employers and candidates alike by working in close partnership at all times.

It is vital that we fully understand each client’s requirements and have an accurate insight into your culture, characteristics and structure. We work together to find the perfect fit for you.

We meet with all our candidates, completing the first interview stage to fully understand their personality and career objectives. We will only send their CVs to you once we are sure they are right for the role.

Interviews are supported by identification, references and testing on our Microsoft Office package.

Cindy White

Cindy's passion for Recruitment developed through the ranks and after 15 years working in IT Recruitment she joined the multi-national recruitment group, Spring as their Regional Manager. Years later, after marrying and starting a family, Cindy joined March Recruitment and, along with her husband Brian, bid to acquire the company as their own. That was over 13 years ago, and as Director of the company, Cindy has developed the business to reach the success it is today.

Vanessa Reed

Vanessa joined March Recruitment in September 2013, bringing with her a wealth of commercial, recruitment and Executive Search skills. She has developed and delivered recruitment workshops and coached over 30 managers on interview skills and processes. As our Sales Director, Vanessa has the ability to identify where other agencies are going wrong in the market, thus strengthening our business image throughout Surrey and parts of London. A consummate professional, her networking skills are unmatched.

    Anita Whiting

    Anita has worked in the recruitment industry for over 30 years covering a wide range of sectors from commercial and marketing, through to finance and investment banking. She has a huge passion for the work she does, believing firmly that delivering excellent service to client and candidates alike has led to building solid long-term relationships locally. Her strong recruitment background and hard work continue to drive the company forward.

    Charlie Shepherd

    Charlie has been with March since August 2018, she has quickly become an irreplaceable member of the team. She resources primarily on the permanent division, working alongside Anita Whiting, the pair make quite the team! Charlie has impeccable customer service skills and also a background in administration. Charlie is heading down the route of Trainee Recruitment Consultant and we are very excited about her growth and development at March Recruitment.

      Donna Jackson

      Donna has worked in recruitment for over 25 years supplying Temporary and Permanent candidates across both the Commercial and Industrial Sectors. Donna is well versed in all aspects of recruitment and selection, providing high levels of candidate and client satisfaction at all times via a consultancy approach to ensure an individual service is given to deliver and meet your bespoke expectations. Her wealth of experience is a huge asset to March along with her knowledge of healthy eating and fitness!

        Temporaries and Contract Manager

        Lynne Cepollina

        Our figure head of our very successful Temporaries desk at March, Lynne has over 40 years’ experience in Recruitment (she reckons she started out at the age of 10 ;). She has an unrivalled knowledge of her clients, candidates, and the local job market. Lynne started her career in HR for the Booker MConnell Health Food Group, giving her an excellent insight into internal recruitment for a large corporate organisation. Since joining March Recruitment in 1985 she has run both the Permanent and Temporaries desk and overseen the relocation and on-going supply of a number of major clients. She continues to deliver a valued, cost effective and consistent level of service and now heads up an ever growing team of 3, soon to be 4.

        Bessie Shepherd

        Bessie, (our not so secret weapon) has been at March since October 2018 and what a year it has been! Although new to Recruitment Bessie has already proven she is a Natural Recruiter with a high level of emotional intelligence, brimming with drive, enthusiasm and efficiency! A huge asset to our team, she is a very strong administrator with clear skills in relationship building and customer service, ensuring both the temporary and contractor workforce receive a seamless experience whilst working for March. Bessie excels at working under pressure, undertaking any task whilst maintaining a great sense of humour. She works alongside Lynne Cepollina and Katie Thompson in our temporary division.

          Resourcing Specialist

          Katie Thompson

          Katie joined us when returning to work after a career break to be with her family. She has settled in extremely well and her methodical, caring nature has proved to be an excellent personality trait when resourcing and talking to candidates. Katie has a natural ability to understand complex roles, has a calm consultative approach, attention to detail and a personable but professional manner. Katie primarily resources for our senior roles in the Temporary division and has proven very successful in sourcing the right candidate. Katie’s background in Graduate Recruitment, HR and Administration offers a wealth of knowledge in the field of recruitment, a welcome addition to the team.

            Business Support Executive

            Hollie Capon

            Hollie joined March Recruitment in April 2014, initially as the Receptionist/Trainee Resourcer before becoming the Temporaries Administrator and 'right-hand man' to Lynne Cepollina in September 2014 where she quickly became an essential member of the Temporaries team. Hollie has developed excellent working relationships with our clients and temporary workforce and on the back of this has recently stepped up to a Business Support Executive role. Since this new challenge, Hollie has excelled in this very diverse role and underpins the whole team with her knowledge and efficiency, problem solving and creating marketing campaigns and events.


            Diana Jeffery

            Diana is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has expertly managed our Finance department since joining March in 2001. Previously she worked in a variety of industries including 3 years at a leading accountancy firm. Diana heads up the finance team and oversees our very busy temporary/contractor payroll. Her attention to detail and knowledge ensure and excellent service is provided to the March temps/contractors.


            Julie Kent

            The infamous Julie Kent joined March Personnel in 1996 and has seen many changes as March Personnel evolved into the March Recruitment we are today. Julies 23 years at March has meant that she has pay rolled generations! Her naturally helpful manner and upbeat personality ensures that the March temps always receive an outstanding level of care and commitment. Julie is passionate about customer service and the connection it gives her with the temps employed by March. The customer feedback is always delightful about Julie as she adds that personal touch that so many payroll companies seem to forget!


            Julia Greene

            Julia joined March Recruitment in 2014 after popping in to Register at March following her food shop in Waitrose! She left with an interview planned to join our team in Payroll! Julia was a mum returning to work who had gained her AAT level 3 Accountancy course at Brooklands College. Previously, Julia worked for many years in the film industry as a Travel Manager before starting a family. She slotted in to our team perfectly and has become a great asset to our payroll and finance team, working alongside Julie Kent on the PAYE payroll and running our Limited Contractor payroll. Julia is also very personable and (alongside Julie) offers great entertainment on a March Recruitment night out!

              Data Protection Officer

              Howard Freeman

              Howard has been in the IT Security sector for twenty five years and in regulation and compliance working for companies such as Canon, IBM and Alcatel-Lucent and has been at the forefront of protecting businesses and their customers. Highly skilled in GDPR, Howard has been working with the regulation prior to it being passed into law in April of 2016, he joined our team in November 2018 and has been a great help supporting our growing business.  Howard is also proud to be a charted manager with the CMI.
