March is a privately owned independent recruitment agency in Weybridge High Street. We have been established since 1980, specialising in all office recruitment, both in a temporary and permanent capacity. As a leading recruitment agency in Weybridge we have a wide variety of clients in the local area. Some of our consultants have been with March for over 20 years and have an unrivalled knowledge of the local job market and provide a consistent service to our clients. We have a small, dedicated team who are committed to both our clients and our candidates. This leads to our largest source of business being personal recommendation.

Cindy White

Sales Director

Cindy started out fresh from Secretarial College, falling in to Recruitment at an early age and has now of 30 years’ experience in the Industry. Her passion for Recruitment developed through the ranks and after 15 years working in IT Recruitment she joined the multi- national recruitment group, Spring as their Regional Manager. Years later, after marrying and starting a family, Cindy joined March Recruitment and, along with her husband Brian, bid to acquire the company as their own. That was over 13 years ago, and as Director of the company, Cindy has developed the business to reach the success it is today.

Vanessa Reed

Manager

Vanessa joined March Recruitment in September 2013, bringing with her a wealth of commercial, recruitment and executive search skills. Her background is in advertising and sales management coaching and training. She has developed and delivered recruitment workshops and coached over 30 managers on interview skills and processes. Within 6 months of joining March, Vanessa was promoted to Business Manager, managing the team across both Permanent and Temporary divisions and training and developing the new team members of March’s expanding team.  Vanessa’s extensive knowledge means that she always delivers for our clients, finding them the perfect candidates for their needs. A consummate professional, her networking skills are unmatched.

Lynne Cepollina

Temporaries Manager

Heading up the temporaries desk at March, Lynne has over 35 years experience in recruitment and an unrivalled knowledge of her clients, candidates and the local job market. Lynne started her career in HR for the Booker MConnell Health Food Group, giving her an excellent insight into internal recruitment for a large corporate organisation.  Since joining March Recruitment in 1985 she has run both the permanent and temporaries desk and overseen the relocation and on-going supply of two major clients, whilst continuing to deliver a valued, cost effective and consistent level of service.

Sarah Gunn

Recruitment Consultant

Sarah joined the March team as a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager in January 2017.  Having a solid background in Administration, Customer Support and Project Coordination Sarah then moved into Agency Recruitment after relocating to the West London area.  Working first as a Recruitment Consultant in Walton-On-Thames and Staines, she then became an HR Administrator, involving 360 Internal Recruitment within a busy HR department. Her desire to return to Agency Recruitment, resulted in joining March where she has been busy building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates. Sarah’s positive attitude, strong communication skills and broad range of commercial experience has resulted in her becoming a great addition to our team.

Hollie Capon

Temporaries Administrator

Hollie joined March Recruitment in April 2014 at the age of 18, initially as the Receptionist and trainee Resourcer before becoming the Temporaries Administrator and ‘right-hand man’ to Lynne Cepollina in September 2014 as she quickly developed within the company. Hollie is responsible for the administration behind the temporary recruitment of the business, which she thoroughly enjoys. She successfully completed an NVQ in Business Administration last year and having completed many process projects since, she has continued to develop her knowledge in the industry. Hollie has developed excellent working relationships with both candidates and Temps and successfully manages a high volume of Temps currently working for March. Outside of work Hollie enjoys lots of retail therapy.

Olivia Lewis

Marketing Support Executive

Olivia joined the March team in September 2016 as a Resourcer/Administrator and in January 2017 she progressed in to her new role as Business Support Executive.  Olivia graduated 3 years ago in Social Science and successfully worked for her first 3 years as a Lettings Negotiator in the Twickenham area. Olivia’s enquiring mind, strong administration skills and creativity provide our team with the perfect support for marketing, events and management of our extensive database.  Her enthusiasm and ability to put a smile on everyone’s face provides the perfect welcome for our candidates visiting our offices to register. 

Diana Jeffery

Finance Manager

Diana oversees our accounts department. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She joined March in July 2001, having spent approximately 15 years in various finance and accounting roles within different industries. She is a fount of knowledge when it comes to all things financial!

Julie Kent

Payroll

Julie joined March Personnel back in 1996 after the birth of her first child Abigail, and has seen many changes in those 20 years as March evolved into the March Recruitment we have today. She came from the Airfreight field but slotted nicely in Payroll Administration where she continues to be. Julie loves her job and the connection it gives her with the temps employed by March and hopes to be here for another 20 years!

Julia Greene

Accounts Assistant

Julia joined  March Recruitment in 2014 in the accounts department after completing and passing AAT level 3  accountancy course at Brooklands college Previously she had worked for many years in the film industry as a Travel Manager before starting a family.  She works three days a week to fit in with family life and has become a great asset to our finance team.
